Dr. Champion Lumamba — Co‑Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Lumamba is a Zambian medical doctor, lecturer, and Commonwealth Scholar currently pursuing an MSc in Surgical Sciences at the University of Edinburgh. As co‑founder of Let’s Walk Children’s Haven, he brings expertise in neuroscience, psychiatry, and digital health innovation, helping to decentralize physiotherapy access for children with cerebral palsy. Recognized with international awards including the Presidential Africa Youth in AI & Robotics Award (2025) and IBRO/Dana Brain Awareness Week grants, he combines clinical practice with humanitarian innovation and project management to advance health equity across Africa.
Dr. Clyde M. Hakayuwa — Co‑Founder
Dr. Hakayuwa is a Zambian medical doctor, public health researcher, and healthcare innovator. As co‑founder of Let’s Walk Children’s Haven, he leads efforts to expand rehabilitation access for children with cerebral palsy through community outreach and digital health solutions. His research spans infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and health systems innovation, with publications in international journals and recognition from the African Union Development Agency (AUDA‑NEPAD) and the World Congress of Epidemiology. Dr. Chileleko Mweemba Moonga
Dr. Chileleko Mweemba Moonga is a dedicated medical doctor trained at the Copperbelt University, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree. He has developed strong clinical skills through rigorous coursework, practical training, and diverse clinical rotations, gaining experience in patient assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
Alongside his medical training, Dr. Moonga has cultivated expertise in creative design and leadership. He has served as a graphic designer and creative consultant for organizations such as MedTalk Zambia and Pint for Life, where he contributed to impactful health communication campaigns. His background also includes treasury and leadership roles, reflecting adaptability and organizational capacity.
Dr. Tolosi is a medical doctor with clinical experience. He is an aspiring public health specialist with a strong commitment to preventive medicine, particularly for individuals from low socioeconomic backgrounds who often carry the greatest burden of disease. Driven by innovation, he actively explores technological solutions that can make preventive healthcare more accessible and effective. Currently, he serves as a volunteer in a rural healthcare facility, where he applies his skills to improve community health outcomes while gaining valuable experience in resource-limited settings.
